Knitting Basics: Pom Pom Beanie

Knitting Basics: Pom Pom Beanie

Tuesday, March 27th, 6-9pm

Learn the skills to make your own beanie with Theresa Wilson! These knit up quick & make the raddest of gifts for your friends & family! In this class, you will learn how to measure & pick appropriate sizes, joining in the round, ribbing stitches, decreases, how to avoid "ladders" in your work, as well as an array of skills such as how to use both DPN's or circulars for Magic Loop. No worries if you've never knit in the round before - the only skills you need to be able to rock at this class are the basic knit and purl stitches.

In this class, you will knit an adorable "teeny beanie," which will teach you the skills you need to make an adult or kid sized one on your own!

Materials needed:

  • 1 skein worsted weight yarn
  • 32" circular knitting needles to match yarn weight

Class includes:

  • 3 hours of instruction
